Cyrus' 4th Birthday Weekend

Cyrus' big day started with homemade chocolate waffles. Then Gramma & Grampa met us at the soccer game with cupcakes for the whole team. Cyrus played a great game including making some actual passes - wow! After soccer we came home for presents and playtime. Then we headed out again for more adventures as you'll see. Cyrus is a big boy now and if there was ever any doubt, he decided to give up his binky & buddies, packed them away in a box, and hasn't cried about them once in the six days since.

It's easy to be a fan of the Fireflies!

Eliza enjoyed her Gramma and the cloudy but warm weather.

On Saturday afternoon, we visited the Orange County Speedway in Roughmont (how does Cyrus find these places?). When we got chilly, we found our way to dinner at off-the-beaten-path Homestead Steakhouse.
